Use the ESP concept to jumpstart an apprenticeship for entrepreneurs

The ESP concept provides a foundation for building a formal apprenticeship for aspiring entrepreneurs. The roadmap invites integration of local culture and core values.

Participate in a Full Day Workshop

Joe Felice’s high-impact boardroom sessions helps tailor the entrepreneur apprenticeship concept to suit your local workforce system and its purpose to improve the well-being of youth and the community at large.

The workshop is best suited to groups of 6 to 12 people familiar with a collaborative process. It’s helpful if participants have read the Entrepreneurial Spirit Program story before attending the facilitated sessions.

Part 1 - Morning Session

In the ESP book, T-shirt printing is the theme used in Part 1 of the concept – the pre-apprenticeship component. The morning workshop focuses on defining a theme that best fits the culture and core values of your community.

Part 2 - Afternoon Session

The afternoon workshop explores how to implement a formal apprenticeship for aspiring entrepreneurs. It defines the requirements, roles, and responsibilities.
